What can I expect from a Spartan Bootcamp?
Ropes, balance work, heavy lifting, crawling, sprawling and jumping are all the things you can expect from this class.
The basic conditioning for the race will be developed through a circuit style training course that will develop your strength and cardiovascular system. Add in various obstacles that mimic the style of obstacles found in the Spartan Race and participants will hone their agility, balance and athletic prowess, making them a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.
The classes will be progressive, building in complexity and intensity. All classes include specific warm-ups, cool downs and stretches to keep competitors in top shape.
ALL ability levels are welcome! A minimum of 10 participants are needed for the boot camp to run.
Types of Classes
Ongoing Spartan boot camps will be run from September 2013 to June 2014. Classes will run in 6 or 8 week blocks, every Monday and Wednesday evening from 7:30-8:45. Click here for a list of the upcoming classes.

Monday and Wednesday Bootcamp classes are to be run at Stenia Health and High Performance.
Ongoing Spartan Bootcamps are $250 plus GST for each 6 week block.
